Recipes have categories to indicate if they are part of the cancer, heart disease, diabetes or living well plans and what subgroups (1, 2, 3, daily) they belong to. To find out the foods in each group look under Power Packed Eating for Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes and Living Well.
These categories also allow you to search for recipes in a specific plan’s group like Cancer group 2 would be a search for C2 recipes.
Also look for recipes that are labeled as in the ‘high energy’ category. These have the needed balance of carb, protein and fat to give you tireless energy all day.
