High Energy for Your Body

Congratulations on taking action to ramp-up your body’s energy – energy both inside and outside, so you can go nonstop from morning until night.

I am going to share with you what foods to focus on, when to eat them and how to prepare them so you can feel alive and rejuvenated.

First, before going any further you must COMMIT to doing this. Stop right here if you are wishy washy about committing right now. If you are saying to yourself:

  • “I want to do this, but I just don’t have the time”
  • “Better to do this after next week when work has slowed down”
  • “I never can stick with eating changes, I probably will go off it in a week or two.”

Then STOP! These are all stories, excuses you are telling yourself. They are NOT true.

I don’t have strong willpower and I don’t expect you to either. I will show you how by understanding and practicing just a few key concepts you can make a whole world of difference. Once you understand how to bump up your energy and your body’s fighting systems you can take it as far as you want.

STEP 1: Pick three days in the next week to start following the strategies for HIGH ENERGY eating. Pick the three easiest days in your week – typically those will be days you have a set schedule for and can bring food with you or take time at home to make your meals.

The other four days in your week are left for hectic kids’ activity days, work travel and conferences where modifying your food is much more difficult.
